DEMAT / EXTRA SCISSORING

We are willing to demat your pet as long as the pet is comfortable with it and the level of matting is not severe. Extra scissoring fee generally applies to haircuts that are left one inch or longer in length. Please note we cannot just "Scissor out" the matting in order to avoid a dematting fee. We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot do what is best for your pet.

Did your pet get into an argument with a skunk and lose? Our de-skunking serve lowers the amount of skunk odor on your pet to a minimal level. Please remember if your pet got skunked, the odor can stick around for up to a year anytime your pet gets damp or wet.
DESHEDDING

With our deshedding package, your pet will receive a deshedding shampoo & conditioner as well as a special blowdry & brush to remove the majority of the undercoat. We highly recommend this to help double-coated breeds.
PRIORITY PET

We understand that your pet may need to be in and out. With priority pet, we groom your pet right away. It will generally take 1.5 - 2.5 hours to safely and efficiently groom your pet. Please note - this is a special appointment booking that needs to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. This appointment can only be booked in an 8am or 9am time slot.
SPECIAL NEEDS/ DIFFICULT PET

Sometimes your pet needs a little extra tlc. At noni's we are willing to work with special cases and to take on pets that other salons are not willing to take. We have trained pet stylists that have experience to safely work with a special needs dog.
